I fell victim to Facebook marketing.  I was careful in ordering the trial product, indicating that I did not want automatic shipments but rather, leaving it to choice, after receiving the product to determine if I would reorder.  If there was something I missed, it was due to this company's craftily taking advantage of Facebook users cell phone screen limitations to visibility.

I received the free trial product about two weeks after placing the order (paid only shipping and handling as agreed).  I read all accompanying documents received with the product.  There was no indication of future billings or continued shipments.  Nor was there indication of needing to "cancel" or contact information to do so.  In good faith, I gave the product a trial run and if I found I liked it, was willing to reorder.

Two months later, I have noted that I was charged an additional $89.95 thirteen days after being billed shipping and handling for the trial product of $4.95.  Now, one month later, I am billed $94.90.  I have received no further shipments of product.  I have called the 877 number attached to the charge on my credit card and received a very rude "customer service agent" who not only talked over me but spoke loud and forcefully.  This behaviour made me more angry.

Hopefully, unlike me, you read this review and complaint before falling victim to this scam.  Needless to say, my trial product has now landed in the garbage.  I am disgusted by this business's questionable practices - utilizing branding logos such as "Verified by Visa" and "McAfee" to lead the gullible to believe they are legitimate.
