Skinhale Paid for product / extra shipping / nothing in return Villa Park California

On February 14th I ordered from Skinhale's website and paid over $10 extra for "Fast Shipping".  As of February 26th I have not received anything nor have I even been told of a tracking number.  My order still states it is "awaiting fullfillment".  I have sent them messages through their website three times and they will not respond.  I then went into my email where I got the confirmation of my order and emailed them back using that email address.  I have still not heard a single word from them.

There is no phone number to call nor is there any other way to get ahold of them.  My money (over $70) has been taken and apparently they have done this numerous times before according to the complaints I am reading.  I am going to "snail mail" them a "nice" letter next and send it certified mail.  I don't recommend anyone use this company.
