I got a pop up advertisment (red bells right?) and decided to try the free offer (just pay shipping). I didn't see any product reviewes online. I should have read the terms and conditions more carefully. When you are buying the product the add doesn't say anything about what you are agreeing to. After a 14 day trial they automatically enroll you in monthly shipping program and charge your credit card. They charge you $86.95 for Eyetensive and $89.95 for Skinlogistics. The cancellation is an automated system and very easy to go through BUT they refuse to refund you the money they charged you even if you haven't used the product as this is what is stated in their terms and conditions.
When you receive the free trial, as the previouse consumer reported, there is no invoice and no contact information. Just a card about how "wonderful" their product is. I didn't even realize there was a 14 day trial period. Like I said, there is no information when you sign up just the pages and pages of terms and conditions which so many of us just click and say we'll read later and never do. I am contemplating starting a case action law suit as they should be more clear on what you are agreeing to.
