SkinLush SkinTone False advertising Internet

Saw an ad for a sample of skin serum on Facebook.  Ad said 'Free' just pay S&H of approximately $6.00.  I received the product and two and a half weeks later, a charge for $94.95 on my bank account!  I called the company, the employee was rude and insisted they could not take the product back & they could only offer a discount of 50%!!!.  Then spoke to a Supervisor (he was even more rude).  Said it was a trial purchase and if I didn't want to continue with the membership, I had 14 days to call and cancel from the date of purchase... Seriously?

There was no notation of this being a membership!!! He said he could offer a 35% refund...I told him the gal offered 50%...we went round and round...I told him I was getting my attorney involved..my 'account' is now cancelled and I'm not sure if I'm getting 35% or 50% refunded.  This company is a total SCAM!! 

Their ad also had a picture of Christy Brinkley and indicated this was the serum she used to look so young.... I highly doubt she would endorse a company as shady as this one!
