I signed up for an 8 day trial of SkinnyIQ on february 26. The terms and conditions of the trial cleary stated i have an 8 day trial and that that the 8 day trial is from the date of order confirmation. I recieved the trial on the 4th of March and called on the 6th to end the trial.

The customer service persons i spoke with dont wish to acknowledge that today is the 8th day (24hrs) of my trial and the company has charged the full price of one months supply not even less the amount of the trial. I asked if there is a way to speak with someone at the company of a manager and i was told a firm no. A company that only employs customer service reps? With no way to contact them directly???

Please do not order or sign up for trials of this company, further research of their listed address lists other names for the products. SKINNYIQ is a scam and I just want my money back!!!!
