 This company was offering free samples of Royale Skin Serum and Royale Eye Cream that was created for Angelina Jolie. The cost of $4.95 & $5.95 paid shipping & handling. When the order arrived there was NO packing slip only a little card with Step 1 and Step 2 used twice daily for results in 4-8 weeks. (Note, trial is only 14 days.) Approximately 10 days later, my Visa card was charged $89.95 and $86.95. I called the company and asked for a refund because the products did not work as claimed and I did not authorize any such purchase. She said it was a 14 day trial and I would have needed to call and cancel before the 14 day trial ended. I was unaware of these terms at the time of order. She would not refund or stand behind the product, but confirmed I had agreed to be ripped off by not calling sooner! I told her I would be sharing my thoughts about this, that I was sorry she had to work for this company, and she told me to have a nice day.
