Ordered $680 products for my wife and I was uanble to speak to someone when the iorder did not arrive.

Can you please provide proofs that support the 'bad experience' you mentioned above?

This website serves as an invaluable resource for consumers to read about the experience of others. As an unintended consequence, it also serves as a convenient tool for competitors and others with an agenda to spread falsehoods.

I believe this was the case with this review we received for our business on this page. We take pride in our customer service, and this "review" is not indicative of our processes. In addition, we are one of the very few skin lightening companies with brick & mortar presence in the US. It does not make sense if we don't ship paid orders or handle refunds appropriately.

skintrium ordered nuritive pigmentation reduce cleasing milk and xf15 for total of $125.94 for over a month and i have made several calls to this company to avail. i believe they are fraud. a company where you cannot talk to anyone except email. no one knows what happened to the mail. i even called USPS and FEDEX to check on the product but i was told no package was delivered or picked up from skintrium. company like this should be looked into for fraud. new york new york
