We received a letter last evening from s****.>

My husband called and s****.>

In the meantime, I Googled them and found that they have several complaints filed against them with the BBB and also someone filed a report with your site that was similar to ours. I filed a complaint today against s****.>

We had a similar situation happen to us last year and I did all of the above and the New York States Attorney's Office closed that company down.
