SKS Associates Commits Fraud with Unauthorized Debit , Internet

I never post to these types of online forums but this nightmare with Northern Leasing/SKS Associates led me to make an exception.

Today I noticed a strange "electronic withdrawal" from SKS Associates clear my checking account. I immediately googled the name and came across the pages of complaints that allowed me to connect SKS Associates with the dread Northern Leasing Company. (I signed a three year lease with Northern for a business sign that was fulfilled in October 2010 and that included annual property tax payments and monthly insurance fees--all paid in full and on time!!) I have yet to recieve any letter from SKS Associates but can only assume it will make claims similar to the ones recieved by others.

I knew better than to try to contact "SKS" but instead began the process of filing fraud charges with my bank (US Bank). If they ultimately find SKS to be in the right, I will immediately close all my accounts with US Bank.

Recently I received a letter notifying me of a class action suit against Northern Leasing because of illegal insurance fees they were collecting. I only hope I recieve one regarding SKS Associates in the near future!
