I checked my online banking today and found that SKS associates made two withdrawals from my checking account.  I do not have any relationship with SKS and contacted my bank to report Fraudulent charges.  They informed me that the Bank of NY made these automatic withdrawals.  When I reported that I had no relationship with either entity, they suggested calling the Bank of NY.

After googling SKS I found that they purchased Northern Leasing about a year ago.  I cancelled my Northern Lease agreement about 2 1/2 years ago and returned their credit card processing equipment to them.  I did not receive any letter from SKS regarding these recent transactions.

I would like to know how many other people have recently experienced this.
