Sky Blue Pools Made a long list of promises and guarantees they ignored once payment was received. They are liars and con artists. North Richland Hills Texas

 New construction supervisor, Richard, promised to work around existing irrigation system. The system was torn up. Several Valves, all wireing, and most of the backyard pvc was destroyed. Richard and Kirk promised several times they would have the backhoe driver come help locate what he destroyed. He did not. Richard stopped answering his phone and Kirk denied any responsibility. Saying his New Construction Supervisor made promises he was not responsible for. The 10' fence was taken down to allow backyard access. When it was RE-installed, most of the slats were loose and many were missing. It had to be repaired. The home owner had hired Sky Blue to do weekly maintenance. The spa bottom and walls became noticeably dirty. When questioned, we were told that the service only consisted of checking chemicals and no cleaning. The bottom line is this company will promise to do whatever you request but NEVER deliver. What is worse is they will lie to your face and not think twice about it. The $30,000+ spa they built cost the home owner an additional $3,000 in repairs due to their negligence.
