SKY BLUE POOLS of NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX was hired to service my $60K pool and equipment regularly and fit my new pool into their schedule for an event that I was having - that sold me on their company.  The owner is personable and personally visited my residence in arlington for a service called "pool school" and I was satisfied and expected that I had hired a professional service company.

HOWEVER, within the second cleaning my pool sweep was damaged beyond repair (we both spoke about it working during our pool school).  The bag for the sweep was left on my spa and the sweep in the water without any explanation until I noticed and called.  There was no mention of why the bag and sweep were disasembled and left out until I called several days later - THE OWNER THEN CLAIMED TO KNOW WHY THE SWEEP WAS DISASEMBLED AND LEFT OUT AS A MISTAKE and offered to come look at it.  SUSPICIOUS TO SAY THE LEAST.

The owner came out, claimed it worked fine despite the fact the bag assembly was so damaged that it could never-ever be replaced onto the sweep and denied any wrong doing.  This, despite the fact that SKY BLUE POOLS played dumb until I called about it, claimed the sweep was fine, examined it to be broken and then denied responsibility - WHEN SKY BLUE POOLS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY/PEOPLE TO TOUCH THE SWEEP.

Coincidentally, SKY BLUE POOLS was responsible for cleaning the pool before I took ownership of the property.  This is undeniable evidence that the sweep was not damaged before I took ownership (as they claim) b/c SKY BLUE POOLS would have notified me of the damage before they were hired under my authority.

When discussed via email with Kirk, I plainly drew a picture of the facts that supported undeniable evidence towards my point, but the owner of SKY BLUE POOLS became very defensive, lied when it suited his story, changed his story when it suited him and to this day, I have been expected to pay pool service bills AND replace a $500 pool sweep.  SKY BLUE POOLS HAS not offered relief or made an attempt to make things right.  Kirk must assume that lacking morale character and not doing the right thing is worth running his POS pool service company.  THIS HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE BBB OF TEXAS.

SKY BLUE POOLS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL POOL SERVICE COMPANY BUILT ON REPUTABLE OR MORALE INDIVIDUALS WITH GOOD BUSINESS SENSE.  THE COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
