  this company says they're under the product yes I did finally received proofs, a week before it was supposedly going to press, I had a very small list the five places where these were going to be given away at I went to each of the places and nobody had any, and didn't even know what I was talking about when I said maps. My recording from the very first initial contact clearly states that the sales person saying "in the phonebook" not like what is in the phonebook or like what is printed in the phonebook but said it would be placed in the phonebook. Of course I didn't answer their calls because I wanted nothing to do with a business that wants to charge me $150 for a proof that if I wanted more copies of then id have to print myself and hand out to my own customers but as for distribution, there never was any distribution at any of the places listed in the email i recieved with the 5 places listed. I'm sure I'm not the only one, the other five or six advertisers can also be called to see if they've received any business from any of this so called map that was printed with their advertising on. Us business owners always ask where did you hear about us from so I'm sure they would also now. the sad Sam to tears people & graphics arts and advertising to take advantage of small business owners such as us. being that I grew up in the Green Bay Wisconsin area and very familiar with the graphics artist and the printing community. I'm familiar with how this place is work and that's how come I asked for distribution list , as I'm not the first person in my family to got screwed by people like this. Bottom line... use a local person to do your business advertising, but don't ever use this company look at all the other complaints. I'm not the only one.

After reading your complaint and researching your account I found that this issue was resolved in August of 2013.

According to our records on 6/12/13 you agreed to purchase advertising in the Pueblo County CO map and pay $150.00. You were sent the invoice that day and once we finished setting up the other advertisers and completed the design of the ads and the map we mailed you the proof map on 8/7/13. Your original complaint was made on 7/9/13 and at no time did we hear from you regarding any issues or questions. The invoice you received included our 800#, our fax number, our email address, and our mailing address. For years now since this business started, this contact information has been the same. At no time have our phones ever been disconnected or changed. We have a full time receptionist who answers the phone all day so if you called during our business hours we would have answered.

You stated in your complaint that you were advertising in a map of the county insert of a local phonebook. This is incorrect. We are not affiliated with any phonebooks and do not sell advertising on inserts for them. This map is produced solely by Skyline Publishing. Also, you stated that you had not received a proof, we never printed the ad, and you recveived a bill. Yes you did receive the bill. Yes you did receive a proof and yes it was published, it just had not been completed when you made your complaint.

On 8/15/13 you emailed us changes to your advertisment. You were able to reach us throught his method of communication at that time so why you were unable before I'm unsure. We responded that we received the changes and you would be receiving a new proof. You also asked for a list of the locations to which these would be distributed and you were emailed that list. On 8/19/13 you emailed Skyline Publishing that you received the new ad and it looked good to you.

As of 1/3/14 we still have not received any payment for services rendered to you. This publication was distributed to the area on 10/11/13. Had you paid the invoice in full you would have been able to request supplies for yourself.

We have made numerous attempts to reach you regarding this account and would appreciate you contacting us to discuss. If there are any issues that we may resolve that have kept you from making payment on your account we would love the opportunity to help you. It would also be helpful to potential advertisers to know that even though you initially made a complaint against us, it was resolved and there is not further issue.
