 Yea a chamber of comerce complaint, that will scare them into reversing these charges. YUP you got thier attention right there.....NOT!! They wouldnt just randomly make up some numbers and insert it in. At some point you had to have clicked a link or agreed to these charges. You have to call the corporate offices to get this resolved. Dont sit there and post a threat to them. Youre not big enough to carry that threat out. In fact youre beneith thier notice. You are no more then a ant railing at the gods for washing away its mound. Now to the good part. You can get back your money. Problem is you need to find WHERE you accepted this fee from. As a lazy society we tend to just click agree as a matter of principal. But the bad part is you may have subscribed to a service without even realizing it. The only difference between a online contract and a paper contract is the medium. Its still just as binding as a paper contract that you had to sign with a pen. There may be ETF or early termination fees because of this. So find thier number online or ask your bank for billing contact information and talk with them. Remember that the ppl you are talking with ARE in the right. Accordingly you need to be polite. They didnt just click your information in on thier own. SOmewhere and Somehow this was on the consumers end. So approach this situation carefully. IF you start bantering around threats I can tell you they will close down. None of the ppl you talk with either deserve your ire nor are they paid enough to put up with it. You are going to them with your hat in your hands, act accordingly and you have a good chance of getting your $29.97 back. You act like a a*s and start threatening and demanding and you will never see your money. Simple as that. Complaints no longer have the desired results anymore. Mainly due to how many FAKE ones they get. You can try and do your best but you will never make everyone happy. Even the ppl you THINK are happy may just turn around and nitpick and b***h because they can. So complaints are not the tool they used to be.
