Skype Technologies Skype acquired by Microsoft Skype rips off customer credit, charges for no connection, no sound, we need to stop this! Palo Alto, California

On Sunday, 1-8-2011 I was trying to contact my family in Cuba. Skype charges over $1.15/minute for this call. I remember they ripping me off before and delaying my credit and me having to call Paypal to fix it in another times, so this time I am not tolerating their greed anymore.

 I was able to connect the first time and spoke for about 2 min. When I charged my account again I had a total of $10.35. So I called immediately after I recharged the account, knowing that my mother would be there waiting on the phone and knowing that the connection was good today. The phone rings, it sounds like they pick it up and guess what? Nothing on the other side. Absolute silence, not the sound of a bad connection, but simply nothing. I got alarmed, hanged up immediately (my credit lowered to about $9.00 already) and called again. Same problem, and before I had hanged up my credit had gone to $7.87!!!! What kind of service is this? This is a disrespectful and offensive attitude to their clients. I want my money back, and won't use Skype anymore I have screenshots of the seen, and next time I will shut a video of me trying to call, no sound, and Skype stealing my credit. Welcome the press, welcome everybody, I will testify in court if needed, my info is here and I am tired of the corporations ripping off hardworking people. We must stop this.
