Skype A total joke as far as customer service. Internet

Skype is a total joke as far as a VOIP phone company goes. It takes 3 to 4 days to get a reply from there so called customer service agents. And when you do get a reply it is a canned message that is hard to follow as far as technical support goes.

I had sent several e-mails ( as that's the only way to reach them at all ) for support because I was having problems with incoming phone calls. After several B. S. canned reply's, I sent a hot written response of my own. And then finally got a reply to answer why I was not getting some of my incoming calls. So beware of the following response I got.

You can not get a incoming call from anyone who's phone service is not set to make International phone calls. In other words if someone trying to call a Skype phone number is not allowed to make International phone calls from there phone, they cant call you.

So after months of my Doctor's and family member's and other business's not been able to call me, I now know why. HOWEVER no where on Skype's web site does it say this, or in any other fashion is there a warning that you may not receive incoming calls do to this network problem on there end.
