We are canceling our agreement with Skyway Towing to manage vehicles on our property. We are a small buisness, so our customers are very important to us. Unfortunately, Skyway started towing our own customers, even when our customers explained to them they had permission to park in our lot after hours.
In one case, a pregnant customer had to call the police on the company as her car was being hooked up. We have since learned from the police that Skyway was in violation of many state statutes and that in some situations, we might be liable for some of their improper activities as well.
Do yourself a favor if you are a property owner or someone that is getting towed: read up on the state statutes, call the police, and make sure they follow all the rules. If no one watches these guys, they will do whatever they want.

Where is the RipOff

You hired a company to enforce your policy of cars parking in your lot, which apparently they did. Which obivously means you had a parking issue. You have explained NOTHING about their improper activities. So here is a question..
How does the Tow Company know that you gave them permission to park in the lot after hours? Did you contact the Tow Company in advance giving them a list of approved cars? Did you tell them that you will issue some sort of Permit and did these cars had that Permit? Because you didn't mention anything about that. The only thing you mentioned is that you seem to leave it up to your customer to tell them that they had permission to park there. So with that how is the tow company supposed to know who is telling the truth?
I actually wouldn't be surprised if you were not this business owner and you never actually hired them. Instead perhaps you are a competitor, ex-employee or perhaps even someone who got towed.
