Slade Law Group Deceptive, Ripoff West Palm Beach Florida

The Slade Law Group misrepresented themselves whne they said they would help me with a Loan Modification. From the beginning they had no intention of helping me. All they wanted was there "Retainer Fee".

They lied about working with my mortgage company, they lied about doing the paperwork for me. Every one I spoke to in there office (when they would answer the phone) lied to me. Once got their money from me $1500 (thank God I had sense to put a stop on the balance being withdrawn from my checking account).

They go by many names: D&A Consulting, DA Financial Processing, Flaster Law Firm.  I was contacted by a paralegal named Thomas Gordon (if he is a paralegal) in January 2010, who offered to help me with the loan modification.  All of as udden he says my case was being transferred to a William Allen of DA Financial Processing.  No one would give me a status update.  Mr. Gordon informed me that i didnt have to pay my mortgage until April.  To make a long story short, I am in the beginning stages of foreclosure and my mortgage company says they were Never contacted by anybody.

I contacted Flaster law firm because Mr Gordon in error sent me an email from there and i was put on hold for long period of time before someone came on and informed me that tehy have nothing to do with DA Financial Processing.  WTF?  To this day, Mr. Allen is still giving me the run around via email.

Keep away from this group. They will lie to you and will do nothing for you. They all belong in jail.

I will be filing a report with the Office of the Special Inspector General in Washington and whomever else I can file a report with.
