This company is a fraud.  I signed up for laser treatment and now that I have become a lifetime member they have intentionally cancelled my appointments to void my lifetime status.    My appointments have been cancelled six times already.  I have been faithful with attending all of my treatments and adhering to all the recommended guidelines.  They have given me five different reasons for cancelling these appointments.  The managers, secretaries, corporate managers, and practitioners have a high turnover.  I tried calling the patient coordintator, manager, patient relations advocate, and the practitioner and have had no luck.  Documentation of their records are usually fabricated.  Last time I went to my appt. which was confirmed the same day, I was told that I was not on the schedule.   My friend was called to come in place of my appointment, because someone had cancelled.  When I addressed my concerns regarding their cancellation of my appointment, the mall security was dispatched.  They also contacted the police as well.   When I asked for copies of my record, I was told to sign a medical release that was given to the officer .  I have never been so humiliated in my life.   The form states that if I agree to two free laser treatments then my lifetime membership would be void.  How impressive?   I paid a lot of money for my treatment and this is their way of thanking me.  How impressive?  What they don't know is that I am a doctor and I am very familiar with the proper standard of care.  This company is in violation and will not survive much longer.

I wanted to follow up on my past rebuttal. We apologize for the unfortunate experience that you had at our facility on your last visit. This is a very rare occurrence and we here at SLEEK strive on making sure that all of our patients are satisfied. We have been in business for over 13 years and have treated over 150,000 very satisfied patients. Patient safety and satisfaction is our #1 priority. I have some questions for you: 1) did you inform the General Manager at the facility about your concerns and the bad experience you had with us on your last visit? 2) Was there a report filed by the GM and submitted to our corporate office regarding your concerns? 3) After communicating with the GM what resolution came about regarding your issues? 4) Did our corporate office reach out to you and updated you on a resolution for your complaint?

We are able to give you a few more laser treatments like you said below, but I want to look in your file to see how many you have had so far so that we can insure you will not be at risk to any damage of your skin. We would not want you to go over the recommended amount of treatments.
