I started using Sleep Data of San Diego and Oceanside California a few years back.

The respitory therapists first told me to get the price for a CPAP machine and my health insurance co-pay, I need to come in "in person" for a quote. Once there, the respitory therapist struggled with figuring out my simple co-pay, took irrelevant/private information and sent it to my health insurance company which created a 30 day delay in getting my CPAP machine. It required multiple calls to Sleep Data of San Diego where I found over and over again it was sitting on some assistance desk in never never land and she wasn't sure what to do or how to resolve the matter week after week. Finally, I asked for the customer service supervisor who resolved the matter in 5 minutes.

Later I received bills for my CPAP machine in pieces like one bill for $30 for the humidifier, then another bill for the electrical cord and at least 2-3 additional bills for different mechanical pieces of a simple small 8 inch long simpe machine.

I also discovered the original respitory therapist did not tell me that when I come in to get my CPAP quote and find out my co-pay there is an additional "set up or consult fee with the respitory therapist." So 8 weeks later when the bill came for hundreds and hundreds more than I was quoted, I found it a complete scam and misrepresentation.

I have found most Sleep Data of Oceanside and San Diego employees extremely low quality. They create all sorts of mistakes by accident out of pure poor training and incompetence or just trying to scam me.

The CPAP supplies dept sends out the wrong CPAP supplies you order. To correct it they send out more stuff and try to bill you for all of it. You try and contact them. After 20 minutes of walking the customer service and supervisor through the issue i.e. what happened, why it was not my fault (Sleep Data employees fault) then months later get the same bill again for suppies I returned (that were sent to me by mistake) by their lousy and completely incompetent employees.

Stay away from the this company unless you want to spend hours jumping through hoops, weeks/months of wasted time trying to correct their mistakes.

Trust me. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY. My Sleep Medicine doctor recommended Sleep Date of San Diego and Oceanside to me. It has been nothing more than mistake and misrepresentation, inefficent and backwards methods, employees and supervisors who can't take responsibility for their mistakes and just keep sending out the same bills they told me were cancelled due to discussions by phone and realizing (through reading email threads) of what was actually ordered their employees failed and the mistake I have been trying to resolved for weeks and months is their fault.

In fact, when I call in to SleepData.com or Sleep Data after writing them a letter to resolve these types of problems (in writing), they just send out the bill again and ignore their customers. When I finally have time to call during working hours and ask to speak to someone in billing who has the authority to resolve issues, I get someone who answers: "This is collections department."

This is an extremely poor company that has horrible employees who seem to be playing with their smart phones while you talk to them by phone, don't listen to what your saying, have to repeat yourself 3-7 times to communicate a simple piece of information and to finally resolve something so incredibly simple, their employees in the billing department and CPAP supplies sales people must have 4th grade work skills.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I will no longer do business with them after years of this same type of problems over and over and over again.
