I purschased a Serta King Size mattress March 06.. Two months later the mattress started to indent on one side. Sleepy's did the first inspection and although it did loose pressure it did not pass. Advised me to have another inspection in 30 days and they would get a verbal result so I didn't have to wait long because we had been sleeping on the floor but it has been 2 weeks after inspection and mattress hasn't been exchanged or inspection received. A district manager told me I would get a result after two days and exchange would occur.
Nothing has been done and I keep getting pushed along with different excuses and outcomes. The district manager also told me that the second inspection result wouldn't matter and I could exchange for any other mattress but now he is stating that he never said that.

Have you tried resolving this with the corporate office? They are in Bethpage, right off Rt 135. If you do a search on Sleepy's on this site some of the reports have an employee who responds and gives her contact info. You right want to try that too.
