This letter is in regards to a Queen mattress and box spring set that we purchased thru Sleepy's mattress center on October 10 2011, 3 months  ago!!

We called them in December to report to them that the  mattress that they sold and delivered to us was defected.  They stated  that a gentleman would have to come out and inspect the mattress for  defects.  We scheduled a date and time, the gentleman came out and took a bunch of measurements, stated to us that yes he see's that there is a  line going down the middle of the mattress and that it shouldn't be there. He also stated he did see where we were complaining that the top left of the mattress was  softer then the rest of it!  He stated that he saw "defects"!
The gentleman said we would hear from Sleepy's in 1-2 weeks, but that the store would have his report by the next day!

 I decided to stop in to the store on January 6th to confirm that they indeed get the report and to when I could get a replacement for this damaged mattress they sold me.  The salesman told me that the report stated that we needed to contact corporate office that he couldn't help us!  That after I told him what was going on he said, "yes mam that
shouldn't  be, I am on your side!"  But to still call there corporate office and if I didn't get thru to keep asking for that person managers! 

When we called the corporate office the lady stated that going by the report that we voided our warranty cause we didn't have the proper support system?  My bedroom set is 10years old, it has the metal bed frame with 2 support bars and legs!  (there stating we need three)  Corporate states that that's the reason why my mattress is defective! 
That response was just obserd!!  My box spring is not bent!  I have two support bars with legs supporting the mattress and box spring!  My old mattress of ten years that I just replaced with this one never had a problem!!  I bought this new one cause I wanted a pillow top mattress, NOT 1 PERSON who sold me this mattress set EVER even asked what kind of
support system I had or that there could be a problem??? I have never heard this in all my years buying a mattress!
Sleepys offers all these warranties and then doesn't follow thru on them, and we refuse to pay for damaged mechandice! 

 Sleepys is stating that it is Sealy's warranty not there's and they don't want to be out money! Well either do I, $2,899.68!!!!  Sleepy's should take it up with Sealy's and get credited! This should not be the consumers problem!
All I am asking for is a exchange of the same mattress that I am graciously going to pay for when I get the new one!! 
Sleepy's is making ever excuse possible!!  Not standing behind there guarantee.
I refuse to accept this $2,899.68 loss!!!  I will accept a new exchanged mattress or my FULL  money back!
