I'll bought the sleepy's mattress 3 years ago, and I was very careful with, whoever, somehow there is a small light yellowish stain on it, (very hard to see) and I had the waranty for 10 years, whoever these mattresses extremely low quality, and after 3 years, it looks like a cradle in the middle, under my 5 years old. So I went back to the store, they said, they will going to change it, and I'll paid another $60 for delivery. The delivery guy came, and he called the corp. office, (Melissa) and she informed me about something I had no idea 3 years ago when I'll bought the mattress (firs time, and last time, never again) that there is not suppose to have any kind of stain on it. I'm very clean, and the mattress is very clean also. No matter, because Sleepy's making a huge profit ripping us off, and making false promisses, that they never keep. So they kept my $60 I'll paid for the new mattress, they took it back, and no one cares about the waranty. According them, my mattress is suppose to look like a cradle after 3 years, because it was on sale!!!!! It was ONLY $600. God bless them. I hope they are going in to bankrupt and going to hell, all of them.

First of all, I'm sorry about the mentioning "hell" but I was extremely disapointed and sad. The stain is very small and hardly can see, and I felt completely cheated by your company, because this little nothing is coming from ..... maybe a little bit dirty hand during cleaning, or....I have no idea, but it's so easy to make it disapear. If I see this before the delivery guy came, I clean this in 2 min, because it's NOT a "real" stain coming from hard liquid, or dirt, anything like this.....somebody touched it......sometimes..... this is not something that went to inside....just outside, and it's not ever there any longer. Anyway, Thanks for the offered help, and I'm willing to try to make this exchange happen one more time. All the Best.....

Whoever you are, you have NOTHING to do with my case, why are you sending me this sick and angry (psychopatic style) stupid email?!?! You have NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CASE!!! ....STOP STALKING ME, AND TRY TO FIND PROFESSIONAL HELP!!!! Because you need one! And again, one last time,  STOP STALKING ME!!!

Warrenty

YOUR warrenty is spelled out in YOUR paperwork. THAT is what they base ALL descions on. As I recall about Sleepys warrenty, if YOU have ANY spill on it, then you pretty much invalidate the warrenty if you do not call them. Im guessing that YOU just DID NOT READ the information presented to YOU when YOU made your purchase. Sleepys CAN NOT help you with a issue that is NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR!! And that is what YOU have. It looks like a "cradle" to YOU but when it was sold to you it DID NOT look that way, which means that through YOUR use of the mattress it has gained that shape. Which means that Sleepys is under ZERO obligation to replace this mattress for you. Sorry to say this, but a warrenty IS NOT a platinum card. It spells out WHAT THEY WILL DO FOR YOU!!! If YOU did not read this information then THAT is 100% YOUR FAULT!!!! If you had read it, YOU would be informed as to what options you REALLY had. But YOU did what 95% of consumers do. If its a car or a boat and YOU are going to be on the hook for thousands of dollars, THEN you read what YOU are signing. But since it was ONLY a $600 mattress, YOU chose to NOT READ!!!! NOW it comes back and bites you for YOUR lack of responsible ownership. I would suggest that YOU learn from this, but I have the sinking feeling that YOU are just going to sit there and whine and play the victim, you know just like your five year old..... And what exactly did you expect them to do?/ Give back the $60 for a delivery?? THEY DID DELIVER the mattress to YOU!!! Unfortunatly THAT is as far as it got due to YOUR situation. people STILL need to be paid. Its AWFUL nice of YOU to expect others to WORK FOR FREE!!!! YOU wouldn't do it so WHY would YOU expect ANYONE else to do it? Oh.....THATS RIGHT!!!!! YOUR self entitled nature causes YOU to treat OTHER PEOPLE as LESS then they are due solely to how awesome YOU think YOU are. Remember they are HUMAN BEINGS!!! NOT ROBOTS!!!! THEY have families and lives OUTSIDE of assisting YOU. YOU are NOT the center of the universe and YOU CANNOT discount their rights by expecting them to work for free. THEY did the job, YOU have to pay. Even if due to a stain they could not give YOU a new mattress. I bet YOU were all sweetness and light until they told YOU Sorry we cant do this. THEN you turn on them and go online trying to use internet blackmail to try and FORCE them into giving YOU a new mattress. It doesn't work that way and YOU should PUNCH the person who told YOU to do this. YOU have NOT been ripped off!!!! YOU however were trying to rip THEM off and its CLEARLY INTENTIONAL!!!
