I sure hope SOMEONE has posted my site! I can't find it? HOWEVER...DO NOT ORDER FROM~ www.slimbodycoach.com This company NOW does NOT ANSWER their phone! I've been on hold 4 different times to try and get my money back from them! Each time I was on hold OVER 2 HOURS! Once? On speaker phone for 3 hours and 40 minutes! And...got no one! Tonight, after 1 hour and 50 minutes a live person answered, and immediatly NEW, I was mad as hell! She said "I understand honey, just tell me which product?" I felt bad for her! She was very sweet! This company, will not ship your order in time for you to receive it, as to return it, and get a RA# to return it in time, so they CAN BILL YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD! THEY DO THIS ON PURPOSE! I called, as I did not receive the product within 18 days, and....it's due back within 21! I demanded at that time from "ROBERT" to give me a RA# NOW! He did, and I sent it back after receiving it, almost 3 and a half weeks after I ordered it! NO WAY...could I return it within 21 days! THEY KNEW IT! The nice woman with the "answering service" told me, "I see your order, however....ROBERT NEVER put a message in you called!" Well, had I not...I would have NEVER received the RA# FOLKS!! You need that, or you will NEVER receive a cent back, IF...you do at all! From all the site I see, no one is getting any help! Now? I have to wait to have a call back from them? Someone at the company? To receive my money back? THIS IS WRONG! I've been dealing with this for a week straight. Over 7 hours, and still have gotten no where! I'm supposed to receive a call tomorrow morning! I'll keep you posted! DO NOT ORDER FROM SLIMBODY COACH OR GNS-GLOBAL NUTRITION SCIENCES, INC. YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. IF I DO? I'LL LET YOU KNOW. HOWEVER, IT'S BEEN OVER 7 HOURS, NOW THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR OWN PHONE ANY LONGER! WATCH OUT EVERY ONE!!

I have had dealings with GNS in ARvada CO in the past. The way I was explained, they company introduced a new product (acai berry edge) business took off like crazy. They are in the process of hiring a ton of new people for phones and to answer emails. They are getting caught up.
If comsumers would just READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS it would answer A LOT if not ALL of the questions they have. The comapny and it states on their website, that all of their product are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee. They do not purposely hold the shipment until the 18th day or whatever, the shipments are mailed out daily. They can not control what the post office does or how long it takes to get to them.
Yeah the 21 day trial and 30 day money back guarantee start the day the order is placed because people all over the country are ordering so shipping times are going to differ, they can't track every package and start the guarantee from that date, that would just be insane.
Give these employees and the company a break they are trying to help as quickly and well as they can. Don't multiple emails every day that only creats more work to go through and find out you've already been taken care of. The time an employee spends reading your 5th email could be the time they are taking care of another customer. That customer could be you!
I can tell you from my own experience they are not a scam and they do try to work with their customers as best they can.
