Slimmer You Garcinia Cambogia sells product without conscience! I bought a $9.95 30-day sample. Exactly 14 days later my credit card got billed for $160 for Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean Extract. When I called customer service, I was told that because I didn't cancel within 14 days of the original order that I was in the 'Club' and my money could not be refunded. I asked for a 100% satisfaction refund and was pretty much told that I would not get it because It was 16 days since I purchased and past the 14-day limit they calim on their web site. I asked for an RMA but was denied. I plan to filed these complaints with the Federal Government Agencies, the US Better Business Bureau, Twitter, FaceBook, Google and a dozen other places. This company is only concerned with making money and has no social conscience what so ever. Good luck to anyone who gets stuck in the web of deceit spun by Slimmer You Garcinia Cambogia of Delray, Florida.

They tried to tell me all that stuff about how I didn't call within the 14 days - which I did but I was only able to reach the automated cancel future subscriptions. I wasn't able to talk to someone in person because they have limited hours of customer service - from 8am to 5pm - which they don't tell you on the automated response I asked the rep today when I spoke to someone finally.  

Anyway she said that I couldn't get a refund because I didn't call in time.  But I just received the product two days ago, which they said that did not matter either because the 14 days start from when you order it.  Well I told her that is false advertising because on the website they state that we are given 14 days to try the product.  She kept insisting that it was my fault and I kept insisting that it is illegal to falsley advertise what they are offerring.

She started with offereing me a 25% "courtesy refund", I said no that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company.  She upped it to 30%, I said no.  She upped it to 65% and I said no and that I was still going to dispute it with my credit card and was going to file a BBB complaint on them.  She said they would refund 100% in 24 to 72 hours! I got her name and an confirmation code.

So I recommend to call again and not let them tell you no - and make sure to advise them that you will be disputing the charge and reporting them because of their illegal practices.
