I MADE A WITHDRAWL OF 3000.00 ON 5TH JAN 2012 AND RECIEVED 842.42 ON THE 29TH MAR , I WRITE TO THEM VIA E-MAIL 3 TIMES A WEEK AND RING THEM ONCE A WEEK AND I AM TOLD THAT THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR A TRACKING NUMBER, FOR WHAT I ASK , WHY DO THEY NEED A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN NO MONEY HAS BEEN SENT SO WHAT ARE THEY TRACKING, IM TOLD THAT THEY WILL FORWARD MY COMPLIANTS THE THE MANAGING DEPARTMENT BUT STILL I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM.
