Small Business Funding Small Business Company, Small Business Lending Company They ARE the SAME rip off Company Las Vegas, Nevada

Seriously, do they think I'm so stupid as to fall for it twice?!

First I get "Tina" or "China" I couldn't tell, went through this, she says "we're not same company I'll have my supervisor call" I said DONT bother. Leave me alone. Except they didn't.....

I finally answered after they wouldn't stop calling! and spoke with a "Mr. James Weever" who stated "we have aquired the assets of Small Business Company" 

 I specifically asked him: "Are you affiliated with the other company in ANY way?" he stated "only in the way that we purchased your grant information"

I asked Where are you located? He stated "Las Vegas" when I said and you are NOT the same company with a new name, he said "No. they were in Henderson" which was all of 12 miles max.

He asked "what my problem was" when I asked how long had they been in business. "well the owners have been doing this for over 28 years" really? when did this company open? June of 2009 ! and yet they're not the same? "No. We're not"

When I told him of the ripp off of the "other company" he assured me again it was NOT the same company. Then I said, that my business plan was copyrighted as is my the entire concept that I was attempting to start (a non profit to help the world) He then HUNG UP on me! I didn't even get to tell him NOT to call back!

So I called him. When I told him "incase you didn't know, they are the same company and you don't want to work for scam artists." He said "don't call me. don't talk to me."

According to the Secretary of the State of Nevada they ARE the same people.

According to the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas, "they KNOW they are the same people who keep switching names to avoid complaint histories. unless you research all their previous names you won't find the complaints." then I was directed to the Atty General.

According to Atty. General of Nevada, there's nothing to be done since the "Consumer Affairs Division have been temporarily ELIMINATED by Assembly Bill 561." So there's finally a paper trail....a we're stuck with nothing?
