Company provides incorporation/LLC services to businesses. They contacted us for our state filing service in Sacramento, CA, and refused to pay us after providing our service. They sent us a check that "bounced" and we were charged for. They (Aleksey) made promises to pay and followed up with payment. I made several calls and sent emails which were ignored. They sent excuses in the beginning, and now no longer respond. They owe us $250 plus $25 in check fees, which they have acknowledged. Total Bill: $275 (over 3-4 months past due).
