Smart Apps Portal Very poor communications Provo Utah Internet

Honestly I am not sure whether or not Smart Apps Portal is a rip off or not. I can say for a fact that their communication leaves a lot to be desired. I got an unsloicited email from them about thier opportunity and it sounded pretty good. So I ordered the kit for $39.00 and received it shortly there after.

After reading everything, I determined that it was not what I wanted to do and did not like the "Terms and Conditions". I immediately called them and cancelled my order/membership and requsted a refund of my $39.00. A few days later I received an email stating that my refund request had been forwarded to the accounting department and to please be patient. One month later, no refund.

Sent them a follow-up email asking about the hold up. Another week went by, no reply! Sent them another email informing them that if I do not get a reply within 24hrs. that I was going to take the matter up with my credit card company. Which I did sinse they did not reply. Fortunetly they refunded my account for the full $39.00 and said they would handle it from there.

Long story, short. Don't Do Business With These Turkeys!!! If they can't even respond to a simple request how could you possibly think you would get any kind of meaningful support.
