Smart Data Solutions - Affinity Group - National Alliance Of Associations - American Trade Association BIG RIPOFF SCAM Smart Data Solutions dba under many names - class action suit in NC Springfield Tennessee

I thought I had purchased health insurance to be effective Dec 2007, which it wasn't and supposedly it was turned over to Key Benefits with Tansamerica; who after talking with them reported they did not know anything about Smart Data Solutions doing this. That I find hard to believe,also. I have since learned after many phone calls, Smart Dala Solutions is a ripoff/scam. Received a link to the NC suit and cease and decist order.

(((Redacted))) But they are still operating, I talked to Smart Data Solutions and they told me to send in the last 3 months premiums, since they had stopped the automatic deduction from my account, that my insurance would be reinstated. Talked to Key Benefits w/Transamerica who is the third party involved who are to pay the claims (who haven't paid any of mine) stating the only premium they received was January 2008 from Smart Data Solutions. I never received any information in the mail from either place until after I called due to problems with the cards either no longer valid or wrong ID #s. I received the information intially for this insurance by fax, was assured by the rep all my physicians were on the plan. I reported this to Az Dept of Insurance and that Smart Data Solutions seemed to be still in operation. Get involved if you are or know of anyone who has been ripped of or involved with this so called insurance company!
