I entered the deregulated energy business as an independant associate of Viridian Energy in the early part of 2014. Shawn Randleman introduced himself by conference calls to our network of about 400 associaltes as a business guru with over 10 years of expirience in business solutions and marketing. Shawn Randleman collected individual payments from these associates in our network that totaled tens of thousands of dollars to generate leads for our deregulated energy businesses. I personally paid Shawn Randleman $1,500 to his company Smart Innovative Concepts to gernerate 300 leads for my personal network of associates in my downline. Months passed with no leads generated by Smart Innovative Concepts and in the early part of May we were informed by Mr. Shawn Randleman that he would not be supplying us with the leads that we had went in to agreement for. Furthermore Mr. Randleman also stated by email to me that he would not be issuing any refunds because it was his company's policy that no refunds were to be issued.
I am submitting this report to protect any other individuals or companies who would consider doing business with Mr. Shawn Randleman of Smart In Concepts, Smart Innovative Concepts, Created By Earth. Other entities that Mr. Randleman are associated with are WebSourcez, Biz Life Guru, and P'Caux Cosmetics.

WebSourcez was established June 2006 and has been a Wild West Domain Super Pro API Reseller since conception. WebSourcez provides domains, hosting, and web development. In Feburary 2013 Mr. Shawn Randleman, CEO, went to NYC (note all pics in this report are from NYC "2013") to evaluate potential expansion of WebSourcez to NYC. He was also expanding our resellers and marketing partnerships which extends from Microsoft and Elance for programmers during this trip.
In July of 2013 several investors came on board to fund our project for a New York expansion in 2014. As of June 30 this year WebSourcez turned 8 years old and has never done business with anyone from these false claims. As you read closely on these claims, you can see these emotional outburst from several individuals who researched and tied multiple businesses that Mr. Randleman is invovled in to slander his reputation.

P'Caux Cosmetics was established in March 2012 by April Story and is a separate Limited Liability Corparation which SMART Venture Concepts and several others invested in December 2013 (note before this falsely claim incident). P'Caux Cosmetics "Lipstick on a Wine Glass" events are social networking and appreciation events for Crowdfunding Campaign Supporters.
None of these claims reported are true and our CEO or P'Caux staff has ever conducted business or even spoken to these individuals. This is a complete defecation of our business brand under false accusation. The claims against one of our investing partners, Smart Venture Concepts, are false and misleading.
