I contacted this company called Smart Money Investments Inc on their website www.sminvestmentsinc.com

They described to help issue bank instruments like Bank quarantee or Standby Letter of Credit but all is a lie.

They asked me to deposit 2% of the total amount requesting which is $1m. Since then they never asnwer their phone anymore.They have exchanged 86 emails with me today tomorrow,today tomorrow.Since October 8,2015 they have vanished.

They asked to deposit $20,000 into this account:
