Smart Shoppers Savings Club The Smart Shopper Savings Fraudulent $103.00 charge from The Smart Shoppers Savings Club Indianapolis, Indiana

Apparently, it's not $3.95 for the trail and every week after that. The representative I talked to today said I would be charged $64.00 on July 12th if I wanted to keep the service. No where in the Terms of Service was this information listed. It's like they make up rules as they go along. That doesn't work. I was still willing to give the service a try for a month. The rep said I would be charged $2.97 (A discount from the regular rate of $3.95) for the second week and that she would send me her number, the voucher and confirmation of payment to my email address. I never received any of that. I did receive THREE charges of $34.50. I thought that maybe they were preauthorization charges. I was still very very angry because I was not told that three holds my be placed on my account. I called back and she said they would fall off after a few days. Well these charges have not fallen off 5 days later and they are no longer pending. All three charges have cleared and I am LIVID. I asked the representative twice to  make sure I would not be charged anything else except $2.97 for that day and possibly $64.50 on July 12th if I wanted to continue service and she said yes. I asked this question twice in plain English and I was lied to. I can't express my anger. I have to wait until  Monday to call their customer service and I feel sorry for whoever answers the phone when I call. I want to destroy this company and if I can find a way,  I will. They have taken the money that could have been used towards Father's Day gifts.
