Smart Start Inc. Scam -Defective Products Houston Texas

In my line line of work customer service and satisfaction is at the utmost importance. Not only are the products that this company offers costly, they are defective to say the least. I do not condone drinking and driving by any means and encourage people to accept responsibility for their actions. Lets be honest, when choosing a company like this, it is more then likely that it is court ordered. I have had nothing but problems with this company from the very start. It has cost me more money and gotten me in more trouble then I even like to think about. I am one of the lucky ones that has to have a unit in my vehicle and one in my home. I pay my monthly fees and the insurance on these units regularly and both of these units have cameras on them. I had to get an in-home unit installed because of all the issues pertaining to the unit in my vehicle. I will blow in one and it will be bad, walk directly to the other one, and it will be good.

Keep in mind all of these times are recorded and photos taken. Smart Start Inc. refuses to accept any responsibilty for any type of defective product! It is always the operator to blame. When producing any type of consumer products you will have defective units, its just fact, whether your making phones, computers, toys, tools, etc. This is why there is such thing as "product recalls"!!! So why do I pay exttra for insurance on these devices if I cant get them replaced? Smart Start says that there is nothing wrong with the units, but obviously there is a problem. When these units act up, it is the consumer that gets in more trouble with the courts and Smart Start seems to want to keep it that way. If you ever find yourself in a position to where you have to get one of these devices, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, run as fast as you can AWAY from this company. They will drain you financially and mentally. They will talk down to you, get you in more trouble, cause you more problems, rip you off, and take your money with a smile. In the courts eyes you will be the one to blame. It isnt right to pay for a product that doesnt work properly, especially when your freedoms may be on the line. I have proof they do not work correctly. Tangible evidence! Smart Start still will not acknowledge this. Its really just unethical, plain and simple.
