Smart Start Interlock Biggest ripp off ever. Only out for the money they make on violations. St. Petersburg/Largo Florida

I too, have Smart Start installed in my car. Thanks to Florida DMV, for 2 yrs. My 1st yr was a nightmare. I got 1 violation that involved a bac, after that, I quit drinking. since then, I have had so many violations, I am surprised they haven't pulled my license. When i tried to tell them there was something wrong with their device, they wouldn't here of it. They would not remove any violations nor refund any of the extra money I had to pay out. 50.00 a violation. I just transferred my calibration to a closer dealer. And I just found out I was supposed to have been given an instuction booklet a yr. ago. i was also never told that when I reached my destination and was getting ready to turn my car off, if the device told me to blow, I had to blow before I turned my key off. I was finally told that after about 6 months when they told me I was racking up violations. I also declined to pay the extra 7. a month to insure their equipment, and just found out the other dealer had been charging me for it anyway, for a whole yr. so i intend on getting my money back for that. I never signed for that insurance, and if they have that marked on my agreement, they forged it. I am not paying for it at the new dealer. and he was honest about that fee, and I declined. I was told I missed the rolling start as for 5 mins it would not accept my blow, twice, and I had 2 Largo policemen as witnesses. Got another violation. Was in GA for the holidays, i live in FL, and it was cold the morning I left so I left my car running to heat it up. Forgot all about the rolling start. Called Smart Start right away and was told I would not get charged nor would I cop a violation. Lie. They claim only the dealer that does your calibration can take those off, and the dealer claims only Smart Start can remove them. Someonne is lying. And since I was going to be out of town over Thanksgiving, the dealer I was using said I would have to make my appt before I left. putting my next calibration at 2 1/2 weeks, instead of a month. Then after I forgot the appt, the only one ever, cause it wasn't a full month, I found out from Smart Start I had a grace period and could have made my appt for the day after I returned home. My dealer didn't bother telling me that either. So, it cost me an extra 100. for a missed appt I shouldn't have to had made early, and a missed rolling start cause my car was heating up. The one Smart Start claimed I wouldn't be charged for. And now, I am on my way to the hospital for surgery. I blow on the rolling start, not accepted. I blow again, same thing. So then a message comes over the handpiece, abort tamper. What the f----! It would not let me blow, I didn't know what to do. But I had to get tpo the hospital. Then my horn began blowing unvcontollably until I got to the hospital and shut the car off. I waited for it to count down, and then I blew again. It accepted it but told me I missed a test. So guess what, another violation lock down. Had to pay another 50. And Smart Start offered to replace the equipment free of charge. Well, if you claim there is nothing wrong with your equipment and it is operator error, why you so willing to replace the equipment. I am switching to another provider. I thought about Gaurdian, but then I heard not so good things about them, too. If anyone knows of a reputable interlock co. please respond. I would appreciate it. Before I lose my license. I even contacted DMV and told them what was going on, and I intend to turn them into the BBB and the DMV in Talahassee.
