Smart Style April Anderson,Carmin,Jamie I was let go unfarely I guess I did my job to good and the women I worked with were thereten by me being to work early and always being nice to our clients an keeping the shop clean an tidy Eagle Point, Oregon

I have worked for Smart Styles off an on for four years,I first started May 2006 in Klamath Falls OR only worked a couple months then I went an checked to see if I could be rehired after the first manager was fired an the new manger hired me back I started back Febuary 26th 2007 worked there for almost 3 years when the maneger moved to Eagle Point OR I applied for the manager job an was promesed the job by my superviser Judy then they hired a women that owned her own shop for 9 yrs so they gave her the managers job even though I was very upset I didn't quit I kept working because I loved my job then about 3 to 6 months later I was let go I would have been their for three yrs Febuary 26 an I was let go Febuary 9th I was so upset I cryed for over a week an wouldn;t evan leave my daughters house for over three week because I was so upset. Then in October I called April an talked to her an she said it sounded like it was time for me to move to Eagle Point an get out of Klamath Falls and that I had a job an that I always had ajob at anytime I wanted I just had to let her know when I wanted it an I told her I would move over any time so on October 31 a friend came over to Klamath Falls an moved me to Eagle Point an I stared work November 1st an worked my scheld time an evan when someone would call in sick or what ever I would go in for them then April took a job as our superviser an so the managers position came open an all of us working at the shop applied for the job an a women that had only worked for a month or os got the job I didn't care I just didn;t want to lose my job an April told me that she wouldn;t let that happen an kept telling Carmin how good of a employee I was an I would be able to help her with what ever she might need then Carmins dad was dieing and I helped as much as I could then she came back an there was an insedint with the till where I was cashing in my tips and was interupted by awomen an lost count an thought i had put 25 dollars in the till when the other women counted the till it was 25 dollars short and I told her what happened and she told Carmin an April an then I got let go when Carmin called me and told me I was being let go I asked why an she told me it was to do with the till incedent an I said that wasn;t fair because no one asked me what happened an she said she was sorry and told me to come pick up my stuff it had been baged up well thats my complaint
