Smart Talk Aviod These Thieves At All Cost, Internet

Two months ago a purshcased a phone from Smart Talk, what a mistake that was.  I used the pphone for the 1st month and then went online and puchased another month of servie.  The purchase went thru, they got paid but within minutes of them getting their money they did something to my phone so that it says "unregistered sim"
I emailed them to see what was up and, of course, they couldnt help me unless i called. I do not have another phone and live alone so I just wrote them and asked for a refund.  Long song and dance and 10 eamiles later they cant explain how they could steal my money, turn off my phone for no reason and then not give either the product or the refund i paid for!
These people are thieves and their support is amoung the worst you will ever find. dont buy from these thieves.
i am filing a compaint with the BBB and have file a complaint with the State Attoney General's Office in my state.
As a web designer I am also setting up a site so that anyone that does a search for Smart Talk will also get routed to my page where i will have liksted all the silly emails and truth about this lousy company.
