SmartCell Florida dba/Metropcs Sold me a broken phone and inoperable battery Titusville Florida

I went in and bought a motorola razor which was represented by the employee as "new in the box".  It worked for two hours. I brought it back to the store and was told that Juan Carlos, the owner, could not be reached and they are not authorized to replace the phone.  I showed them the receipt denoting the time it was purchased, and that it wouldn't hold a charge, and I had the "new" phone for only two hours. They did nothing. I returned to the store everyday for two weeks hoping to meet Juan Carlos. Never happened. I filed a small claims case in Brevard County. Juan Carlos showed up with Carl Wasileski, a local schlock lawyer. I was amazed he didn't refund the money and give me a new phone, but instead chose to hire a lawyer. Judge Michelle Baker was the judge. She ruled that I should have taken the phone to the factory warranty center in Merritt Isalnd. I tried to explain that I did business with SmartCell MetroPCS Titusville, and give me back my money and let Juan Carlos take the phone to the warranty center. But Wasileski kept interrupting me and objecting. Do not do business with these people. They are all crooks.
