I was debited by Smartdate (I used the Italian one) for a service that I cancelled correctly 10 days before the expiration date which was 27th of september. I found out a month later that a certain amount my charged on my credit card.  I wrote to the client service many times but no reply.  The incredible thing is that they charged me for a service which I never received.  This webiste is a total bogus.  A big percentage of user don't really exist.  I told them to cancel all my information, but it's still on the website.  They keep our account name to attract other user to fool like us.  Smartdate has no address, no phone number to contact.  If you write them they never reply.  The guy that replied from Smartdate France who is this guy? I encourage current users to close immediately any credit account they have with Smartdate before they debit you again illegally.  Where can I send my proof?  Can this guy from Smartdate France tell me where I can send a copy of my charge amount and that I never received an premium service after sept 27th, 2011.

I think their client service is in a big mess, because they never reply.  It is totally out of control.   Have you seen that their job openings are all technical service people?   Is there any one left to provide client complaints?  What's the use of writing to Smartdate service if they don't reply.  I wrote to them al least 50 times!  Usera be very aware, because once they debit you they don't refund you! even it's their mistake!!!
