smartemarket.com Unauthorized charge to my credit card Los Angeles Internet

I just happened to check my statement online to see my avaiable credit. I have been doing so because I am very close to being over the limit on my card, therefore, it is not being used that often. I found the purchase from www.smartemarket.com. I immediately looked them up on the web and telephoned their buisness number. I have yet to receive a phone call back. I then searched the telephone number 337-935-0141 that also appeared on my statement and the only thing that came up was a list of different people who have reported this company on ripoffreport.com. I called my credit company and they put a stop to my card and will be providing a refund after I sign some document.

This company obviously needs to be closed. I know the charge was only $4.95 but times that by a million people and it adds up. I cam only imagine how many times they have gotten away with this being that not everyone goes over their statements each month.
