our condo had a large water bill so trying to limit our water bill we choose to install the smarter flush..in 12 units 24 toilets.

they took 80.00 per unit to install , called min 5 times to confirm would install on a sunday. we were not happy at day or time they asked to do it. but we later agreed to between 4-6pm on a sunday. well at 5:30 saleswoman ginny called and said installer was sick and would have to do it the following sunday, that never happened either. then a week went by and got another call to have it done on sat 1:30pm , they did not show untill after 2:30pm and they handed me a kit to do it myself. When installing product had a issue and called salesgirl, was reffered to owner who did nothing but talk about his invention and invention of toliet. Asked for detailed instructions since all toilets are not the same , owner mel went round and round. when asked when he would come install and he said only making 10 dollars out on me and would be out on 38th of may to handle. i hung up and salesgirl refused to call back instead called the manager of building to help me install it. companys product is made in china and is as crappy as the guts were we removing. no customer service, failed to install , product says takes 10 minutes to install without tools , took hours since owner was unhelpful in giving instructions on how to do it right. worst customer service ever. save your money and buy a brick at home depot instead , much easier to install.
