smartpcfixer i tried the trial version..cancelled they then charged me 64.97  Internet

i was having trouble with my computer..i searched the internet to see why i was getting error..i went to smartpcfixer..i tried the trial for 7 days..it didnt do anything..i paid 6.97 for trial..i cancelled the my susbscription..unfortunely i went through paypal..i was checking my bank account and found that smartfixer had charged my account 64.97 plus i got charged 25.00 for overdrafting my account..this company has no phone number to call..i msgd them on 9-16-16..and wanted a refund as they said they guarantee refunds if this product did not help..on 9-17-16 i got email stating that a refund will be made in 3 days..i msgd them again on 9-21-16..got a email saying i was getting a refund in 3-7 days..i still have not gotten anything..im on a budget a tight one..this is a total ripoff..
