SmartSavingsCEnter I am getting unauthorized withdrawals from my Debit card each month. Boca Raton Florida

I was searching for a DVD around Halloween and came across the smart savings center online, which advertised my DVD for a really cheap price. I read it carefully, as I am always leery of internet good deals.

I saw nothing to lead me to think this was a membership club or anything like that. I ordered the DVD, and a day later received an email informing me that it was out of stock. I replied that I needed it by a specific time period and cancelled. The next day, I received the DVD in the mail, and found through my banking online that I had been charged the $2 for the DVD.

I didn't think any more of it until I noticed another $1 charge a couple of days later. I am still getting this $1 charge to my debit card every month since. It is now Feb. I cannot find a physical address to send a cancellation letter, and I will have to pay $25 to have a stop payment order for a $1 charge. What else can I do, other than close the account?
