I own a business in Lincon and it's been tough this last year I had hoped our new website would bring us some much needed revenue. Unfortunatly the money I had put aside to do this project with has been taken by Smartsite and they have delivered nothing, they sent me work done by a company in India, never return my calls, the directors wont speak to me. I normally would not put this type of personal information on a website but they introduced me to this site when I was looking for quotes and I thought if they still send people here then they can be warned about them in advance.

I have spoke to trading standards and they say they are aware of this company but can not help me as it is Business to Business they suggest I take out a couty court summons against them. I have looked into this and it seems very easy to do I dont even need a solicitor and the paperwork can all be done online. So that is where I am now, it will cost me 75 to file the paperwork but I get it back when I win. I will post the court case details on here once it has happened complete with reference numbers so you can all verify my experiances.
