We strongly advise against using SmartSite SOlutions (Smart B2B Limited). They are all over you, promising the world until your pay them a substantial deposit and then they disappear.
Despite numerous phone calls, emails to several people there, we are still awaiting for any progress on my project.
When you are lucky enough to speak to someone ( never the person you are after), you are always promised a call back from a project manager/director or any executive (Owen Rees, Adam Hawas, Gordon Lewis...). They can't take your call because they are busy working on your project. the call back obviously never happens...
We have been made aware of all the complaints posted on the web about the company (by the way they do claim the reports are posted by jealous competitors) and of their link with Fields Group Limited and UK Digital Solutions Limited
We have contacted South Wales Police, Trading standards, Watchdog to report SmartSite Solutions and seek help to get a refund of my deposit. By the sound of it they have already received complaints about the company.
We have also contacted several clients of them and none could say they received a satisfactory service for their money and most of them have had and still have problems with the website created for them. Delays, bugs, design issues...
Just do not trust their sales pitch, it will save you money and time...
