Smartsyle Ignorant, Nasty, Rude .. cut my ear, laughed and made me pay Loveland Colorado

When I checked in at this Smartstyle salon, the lady was in a bad mood. She never said hello, just "what do you need."  I should have went somewhere else, but my time was an issue.  Finally I was told to sit in the chair.  While cutting my hair, her cell phone would buzz and she stopped many times to look at it. Then she cut my ear. She said "oops!" It was bleeding. She laughed. When she was finally done I said I should not have to pay since you cut my ear. She said that was ridiculous and if I left without paying she would call the police. I will never return to Smartstyle at 1325 N Denver Ave, Loveland, CO. I can't believe they employ people like this, someone who should not have a license to cut hair.
