I joined SMC to earn some money on-line. I'm on a fixed income. I was told that I could have a thirty day trial and have a refund if requested. I was also told that I would have a free website. It took almost thirty days for a kit to arrive, then I received a call from the coach stating that I needed to purchase more merchandise for $203.00 I told him I didn't know that I would have to get back to him in a few days, a couple days later I noted that SMC had withdrawn the money from my account and a few days later checks that

I wrote started bounced totaling over 175. in check charges. I called the company and asked them to return the money they took unauthorized.they first told me that I authorized it. I told them I had not, especially because my rent was due and that was part of my rent money. They sent me a package that I returned immediately. I have the tracking number and I know they received it on July 9, 2009.

I have called SMC several times requesting my money back and explaining that I cannot pay my rent, SMC asked me for a fax to verify the bounced checks and that they automatically took the money from my account.
I faxed it too them and they said the fax wasn't clear, I faxed it again and Brandy said from SMC on July 15, 2009 that I would receive my money in five days. today the money did not arrive I called to see when the money will arrive and they told me that I need to fax another paper because they wanted to know if I sent the kit back.

I told them that I had sent everything back, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the phone was hung up. I called back and was hung up on again, Meanwhile I have received a eviction notice from my landlord because they
have caused me to loose $498.00 I also would like to receive pain and suffering I'm afraid I may loose my apartment and I have explained that and they don't even seem to care I am 66 Years old and I don't know what I can do but I'm really upset. Please let me know what recourse that I have. They also took money out for the so-called free website
