To whom it may cocern----This is a toatal rip-off for there is no-one in Customer Service you hear the sam recording for hours at a time. Try to cancel before time is up for refund and there is no-one to contact. I have also emailed these people and no answer. i have been working to get this cleared for a month. Just want my money back.

How to get money back on your purchase, it's SIMPLE!

I have bought into the system before. I had no trouble at all getting my money back. It tells you that in order to get a refund you have to, within 30 days, send the membership kit back(addressed to the RETURN address on the Package) - it only took me about 3 days to get my refund by doing this. Just make sure you have tracking information and send it through the postal mail. I never had to call them to cancel or anything like that.
