SMC Big Value Website Ripoff Fontana California

I ordered the starter kit just like many of you said here on this site. My main idea was to be able to sell their items online using the free Big Valve website. I told the person when I signed up that my main business would be online. I asked if any customer online that found my site, would be able to purchase items from me using this site. They said with no hesitation "YES." I added by asking if these customers would need anything else to purchase items other then a cerd card, debit card or Paypal. They told me "NO", all that was needed was a form of payment.

Well I took a look at this free site and quickly noticed that for anyone to buy something on this site was to first use a gift card. I quickly called my coach and asked about this gift card deal. She told me that I needed to buy gift cards to hand out or sell to my customers and that was the only way the website works. Well I told her about what the preson that signed me up said about the website. I was told they would review my recording they made when I signed up to see. This would take a day or two and they call me.

I waited a week no call, so I called them. They basically said they needed more time to review my recording. They said that they sometimes get over 100 calls a day from people calling to complain. They said they handle these compliants in the order they receive them.

I thought to myself they were just stalling to wait for my trial period to be over. Since they lied to me about the website and they basically were waiting for my trial period to be over, I called them to get the information to cancel. I refuse to be in partnership with a company I can not trust.

I sent my starter kit back. Sent letters to cancel my website and membership. Called them the other day and they said that they received the letter and kit. I received a email stating the website is cancelled. All I am waiting for now is my refund.

I am not going to say that SMC, as a corperation, is a ripoff, I do not know this first hand. But they do misguide you and lie to you to get you to sign up. So to me that is just as bad as a ripoff.
