Smiles Coffee ripoff! Unauthorized charge to my credit card and they will not give me a refund. Las Vegas Nevada

I responded to the advertisement on the internet for the free coffee grinder and sample and agreed to pay the shipping and handling via credit card. Then followed a regular shipment that I did not authorize and the charge was put on my credit card also unauthorized.

I call the company and they would not accept the shipment back because it fell under perishable items. How perishable can coffey beans be? I called my credit card company and they have put the amount in dispute. I also cancelled the account with the coffee company and they charged me a fee to cancel all future orders.

My credit card company said they could not dispute that part. So I have been ripped off so far for the whole thing. I have returned actual coffee grinded to another company and they always give full credit. It seems that coffee already grinded would be more perishable than coffee beans. Very lame excuse.
